Resident Reminders

• Meetings:

  • Monthly HOA meetings are every second Monday of the month at 7:00 PM.

  • Send an email to the HOA Board Secretary if you have questions.  Their email is bwplenexa@gmail.com.

• Waste and recycling:

  • BWP's dedicated day for waste/recycling pick up is Tuesdays. 

  • If you experience any problems with your trash/recycling collection, please contact the BWP HOA Vice President who is handling trash/recycling issues:  vptrash.bwplenexa@gmail.com  (Do not contact Republic Services.)

• Annual dues: ​

  • Dues amount updates annually and is voted on by the residents for the next calendar year at the December annual meeting.  Dues for the current calendar year are due by February 1 of the current calendar year with late fees being assessed on March 1.
