• Meetings:

  • Monthly HOA meetings are every second Monday of the month at 7:00 PM.

• Waste and recycling:

  • BWP's dedicated day for waste/recycling pick up is Tuesdays. 

  • Remember to contact Republic Trash Services  at 816-254-1470 if you have any issues.

• Annual dues: ​

  • Dues amount is $600 and are due by February 1.
